Age Verification Policy

1) Age-gating at sign-up

• We require a date of birth during registration and may display 18+ prompts before account creation.
• We may block or restrict access where a user indicates they are under 18, or where we cannot confirm they are 18+.

2) How we verify age

We may verify age at sign-up or at any time (including before allowing certain features) using one or more of the following methods:

• Electronic checks (e.g., matching name, date of birth, and contact details against reliable data sources).
• Requesting documents (e.g., government-issued photo ID) and/or a selfie/liveness check.
• Reviewing account activity and signals that may indicate a user is underage.

If requested, you must provide accurate information. We may use service providers to perform verification and to help detect fraud.

3) Misrepresentation and consequences

• Providing false age or identity information is prohibited.
• If we suspect misrepresentation, we may suspend access, require verification, and/or terminate the account.
• Where required, we may keep records needed to meet legal, security, and audit obligations.

4) Avoiding targeting minors

• Our marketing and content are intended for adults (18+).
• We use age-screening where available on advertising platforms and avoid placements primarily directed at children.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or knowingly allow under-18 participation.

5) Underage accounts

If we determine (or reasonably suspect) an account belongs to someone under 18, we may:

• Restrict access immediately (including disabling gameplay and communications).
• Terminate the account and prevent re-registration.
• Handle any stored personal information in line with our privacy practices and applicable requirements.
