1) About these Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of The Big Spinz (the “Service”), including our social casino-style games, websites, and related content. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for your account activity and keeping login credentials secure.
• We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or security reasons.

3) Social play only (no cash value)

• The Service is for entertainment. It is not an online casino and does not offer real-money gambling.
• Virtual coins/credits/items are virtual only, have no monetary value, and are not property.
• No redemption or cash-out: virtual coins/credits/items cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world value.
• No prizes of real-world value are awarded through gameplay.

4) Purchases (optional)

• You may be able to purchase virtual items or bundles. Purchases enhance social gameplay only.
• Prices, availability, and included items may change; taxes (including GST where applicable) may apply.
• All sales are final to the extent permitted by law. We may provide refunds only where required by New Zealand law or at our discretion for verified billing errors.
• If you purchase through a third-party store, that store’s payment terms also apply.

5) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, or attempt to access the Service unlawfully.
• Do not harass others, post illegal content, or infringe privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Do not sell, transfer, or trade accounts or virtual items unless we expressly allow it.

6) Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, software, games, artwork, text, and trademarks. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) Service changes & termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including virtual items, at any time. Virtual balances are not guaranteed and may be adjusted where necessary for integrity, compliance, or error correction.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss arising from use or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies).

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
