Controls, breaks, and account options

Cool-off / time-out: Request a temporary break (e.g., 24 hours to several weeks). During this time you won’t be able to access your account.
Self-exclusion: Request exclusion for a period you choose (including longer-term). We’ll confirm the start/end dates and what access is blocked.
Permanent closure: You may request permanent account closure at any time.
