Privacy Policy

1) What we collect

• Account & profile: name or username, email, password (hashed), date of birth/age confirmation, preferences, support messages.
• Device & usage: IP address, device identifiers, browser/app version, language, approximate location (from IP), pages/screens viewed, clicks, gameplay events, timestamps, crash logs.
• Virtual coin pack purchases (if available): transaction metadata (items, price, time), billing address where required for tax/fraud checks, and receipts/order IDs. We do not store full card numbers; payment details are handled by payment processors/app stores.
• Cookies & similar tech: to remember settings, support analytics, fraud prevention, and advertising measurement/remarketing where enabled.

2) How we use information

• Provide and maintain the Service, including account login, gameplay, and customer support.
• Security, fraud prevention, and enforcing our rules (e.g., detecting abuse, bots, chargeback/fraud patterns).
• Product improvement and analytics (understanding performance and features people use).
• Communications about your account, updates, and service notices; marketing messages only where permitted and you can opt out.
• Advertising measurement and remarketing (see section 4) where used.

3) How we share information

We share personal information only as needed for the purposes above, including with:

• Service providers/processors (hosting, email delivery, customer support tools, analytics, anti-fraud, payment processors/app stores) acting on our instructions.
• Advertising/measurement partners (e.g., Google Ads/Google Analytics) where enabled.
• Legal and safety: if required by law, court order, or to protect users, the Service, or our rights.
• Business changes: if we restructure, merge, or sell assets, information may be transferred with appropriate safeguards.

4) Google Ads / analytics disclosures

If enabled, we may use Google Analytics and Google Ads features (such as conversion tracking and remarketing). These may set cookies or use identifiers to measure ad performance, limit ad frequency, and show ads based on past visits to our Service. You can control cookie settings in your browser, use Google Ad Settings to manage personalized ads, and use available opt-out mechanisms provided by Google.

5) Storage, security, and overseas disclosures

We take reasonable steps to protect information using administrative, technical and physical safeguards (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit, logging). Some suppliers may process/store data outside New Zealand. Where we disclose overseas, we take steps required by the Privacy Act 2020 to ensure comparable safeguards apply (for example, through contracts and provider assessments).

6) Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described, including meeting legal, accounting, dispute resolution, and security requirements. We then delete or de-identify it where reasonable.

7) Your rights (NZ)

• You may request access to personal information we hold about you and request correction if it is wrong.
• We may need to verify your identity before responding.
• If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).

8) Children

The Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
